ABOUT  TONYA BLANCHARD

 

I’m a Louisiana native raised in Thibodaux, and I’ve spent the past 19 years helping individuals and families reach their real estate goals. As a licensed real estate professional, I proudly serve clients across Thibodaux, Houma, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Lafayette. I’m passionate about helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives with confidence and clarity.

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minor in Social Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2000. That background has given me a strong understanding of both the financial side and personal side of real estate.

Over the years, I’ve been honored to be recognized as a top producer and multi-million-dollar sales professional, but the greatest reward is the trust my clients place in me. To me, real estate is about more than buying or selling a house. It’s about helping people step into the next chapter of their lives.

I approach every situation with honesty, care, and a commitment to doing what’s best for my clients. My goal is to guide you through the process with knowledge of the Louisiana market and make the experience as smooth as possible.

Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mother of four and a grandmother. Family means everything to me. I love spending time with my children and grandson, and I often travel to support my son as he plays baseball around the country.
