Joni and Joey Senez are a dedicated husband-and-wife real estate team committed to helping clients navigate one of the most important investments of their lives.

Joni Senez, an Associate Broker with Freret Realty, has been licensed since 2013 and earned her Broker’s license in 2018. She is a graduate of Nicholls State University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with Minors in Humanities & Sociology.

Joey Senez, licensed since 2021, is a proud native of the Bayou Region of Louisiana. While deeply rooted in the local community, he proudly services all of South Louisiana, including the New Orleans area, ensuring clients receive dependable guidance no matter where they are buying or selling.

With years of experience and a strong knowledge of the local market, Joni and Joey bring professionalism, precision, and proven results to every transaction.
