ABOUT MICHAEL TOSO

 

Michael Toso is a Louisiana State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.  He has been appraising residential properties in the New Orleans area since 1991, received his certification in 1994, and started his own firm Michael J Toso & Associates, LLC in 1997.  He has had his real estate license since 1989 and obtained a broker’s license in 1993.  He is a life-long resident of New Orleans and is a graduate of Christian Brothers School, De La Salle High School and Tulane University.
